Property Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, that has strong attention to detail and great communication skills. This person must be a team player, have a great work attitude and be well presented. A current Drivers License and Certificate of Registration is required. The successful applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

You will be responsible for executing best in class property and facilities services through the day-to-day contribution to the operations of a portfolio of assets whilst providing our clients with a superior level of service. The successful applicant will be required to be flexible and will be available to work a 1 in 2 rotational Saturday morning.

As Property Manager, you will primarily focus on building successful relationships with renters, owners and contractors. You will be required to use your in-depth experience in planning and managing properties, along with excellent communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 2+ years of Property Management experience
  • Certificate of Registration or License qualifications
  • Strong legislation knowledge

Development Manager

Overview

As Development Manager, you will primarily focus on building successful teams for proposal development and delivery, planning for execution and bridging effective communications between customer and project execution to create an environment for successful project delivery.You will be required to use your in-depth experience in planning, pre-construction approval management, design management, along with excellent communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Experience and Skills Required

Essential

  • Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Building, Property or related discipline
  • 10+ years post-graduate experience in Town Planning or related field;
  • High level oral, written communication skills
  • Ability to write complex and/or technical reports in plain English
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding with planning and building regulations;
  • Excellent time management and prioritisations;

Preferred

  • Well-developed assessment and analytical skills
  • Extensive experience high -end residential and commercial developments
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work through issues and identify effective solutions
  • Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Site Manager

Senior Safety Officer

Overview

As Safety Officer you are an integral member of the Site Team that ensures that health and safety is maintained onsite in-line with current legislative regulations. You will need to lead by example in up-holding safety on site and reinforce Toplace’s WHS policies and procedures. You must immediately report on any potential and visible hazards and risks.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 5 + years’ experience as a WHS Officer;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the construction;
  • Workplace Health and Safety qualification;
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment;
  • First Aid and CPR;
  • High level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills;
  • Excellent client relationship building experience;
  • Proven experience in conducting WHSEQ audits;
  • ABCC compliance knowledge
  • AS / NZS 4801; ISO 14001; and ISO 9001 knowledge
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend complex legislation and apply it objectively in practical review;
  • High level planning, teamwork, and communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to meet scheduled deadlines;
  • Current and valid driver’s licence;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proven team leadership experience.
