Property Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, that has strong attention to detail and great communication skills. This person must be a team player, have a great work attitude and be well presented. A current Drivers License and Certificate of Registration is required. The successful applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

You will be responsible for executing best in class property and facilities services through the day-to-day contribution to the operations of a portfolio of assets whilst providing our clients with a superior level of service. The successful applicant will be required to be flexible and will be available to work a 1 in 2 rotational Saturday morning.

As Property Manager, you will primarily focus on building successful relationship with renters, owners and contractors. You will be required to use your in-depth experience in planning and managing properties, along with excellent communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Marketing Coordinator

Our operations cover residential, commercial and retail development with a focus on place-making and community building, we’ve built over 30,000 homes for Australians.

Our Development line of business are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team based in our Concord office. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Support the Director of Sales and Marketing in establishing marketing campaign strategy and objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor social media platforms and manage content; seek opportunities to optimise performance
  • Monitor and measure lead volumes and conversions including competitor tracking and monthly enquiry activity
  • Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics and visual imagery
  • Work with our team to increase overall awareness and exposure of our brand reputation
  • Monitor, review and update content on our various platforms including Inspect Real Estate, Toplace website, CRM, Email marketing platforms and social media channels
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Toplace, including marketing campaigns, client events, digital initiatives, and communications strategies
  • Participate and actively contribute to regular team meetings, disseminating key messages and driving awareness around our key marketing initiatives


You will bring the following expertise to this role:

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications for marketing / Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing
  • previous marketing or sales experience within the property industry (new home or developer) highly regarded
  • Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing
  • Digital marketing experience including development of EDM’s, social media and web content management essential
  • Experience in Paid Social Media Campaigns and Google Campaigns
  • Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy with the Microsoft Office Word, with Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign and Photoshop – highly regarded) and other marketing tech systems desirable
  • Drive, initiative, a great attitude and a willingness to learn are essential traits

Experience with graphic design advantageous.

Defects Manager

As the Defects Manager, your role will consist of:

  • Identifying defects and maintenance concerns.
  • Maintaining awareness of results and new defects which are to be reported to the site team.
  • Accurate recording and regular progressive updates.
  • Quantifying and creating job lists which will then be sent out to contractors or the site construction team.
  • Manage and maintain defect coordination.
  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, and selling agents.
  • Inspect progression of all job activities on regular basis.
  • Prioritisation of works and manage accordingly.
  • Provide high-quality professional company image and work standards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a high professional standard in administrative disciplines, procedures, and accurate record keeping.
  • To forecast and oversee the coordination of all trades required for re-works and repairs.
  • Ensure that departmental work ethics are maintained to OHS&E standards at all times.
  • Maintain professional relationships with relevant contacts and clients.

As Safety Officer you are an integral member of the Site Team that ensures that health and safety is maintained onsite in-line with current legislative regulations. You will need to lead by example in up-holding safety on site and reinforce Toplace’s WHS policies and procedures. You must immediately report on any potential and visible hazards and risks.
