Box Hill City Centre, located in the North West Growth Area, will be central to the development of a residential and commercial precinct that is planned to accommodate 250,000 residents once fully developed.

With approximately 19,898 square meters of total retail and commercial floorspace, Box Hill City Centre will provide all the required infrastructure to service 12,000 local residents.
